Since I am only going to live at my place for about a year, is it even worth starting a garden out front?

I feel like gardens take a long time to start and get going, is it even worth trying to start if I'm only going to live there for a year?

Well you could grow a summer garden. The question is how much money is it going to take to get your garden to where it needs to be and does the money matter.
